General Info at work site: The Tiffin University football office in located in the Hanson building on Miami street. This is where the coaches handle their work, where football meetings are held, and also where the Tiffin weightroom and training room are located. As a football operations intern, it is my job to help in the office and learn new experiences to help prepare myself for a sports management career.

Bobby Willcox enters his second year with the Dragons serving as Assistant Head Coach and Defensive Backs coach. In 2011 he served as the Running Backs Coach. Prior to coming to Tiffin, he spent two seasons with Millsaps College. Willcox also coached from 2005-08 at New Mexico State University.
While at New Mexico State, Willcox spent one season as video coordinator in 2005, one season as a graduate assistant with the defensive secondary in 2006, one season with the inside linebackers in 2007 and also tight ends coach in 2008.
In 2007, Willcox guided Aggies linebacker Dante Floyd to all-Western Athletic Conference second team honors, as he led the team in tackles with 124. Overall, Willcox's inside linebackers tallied 266 tackles.

Chari Mullen enters her third season with the Athletic Department and nine years with Tiffin University. She currently serves as the Director of Football Operations for the Dragons Football Staff. A native of Fremont, Ohio, Mullen originally joined the football staff in December 2009 as Manager of Student and Administrative Services, overseeing the Dragons academics and player development program.
Mullen is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the football program which includes but not limited to assisting with budget management, organizing recruiting initiatives, serving as the compliance and academic liaison in addition to providing support to student-athletes with university matters.
In 2010, Mullen earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership from Tiffin University. During this time she served as the Assistant Director of Graduate Student Services. She earned a Bachelor of Criminal Justice with a concentration in Justice Administration from Tiffin University while serving in the capacity of Director of Northwest Ohio Academic Centers. Mullen also earned an Associate Degree in Social & Behavior Sciences from Terra Community College where she was employed as a student assistant in Academic Recovery.

Tiffin Dragon Football Operations Main Duties
As a intern of the Tiffin Dragons football team here are some duties & activities that I do
- Updating all player information
- Installing recruits information
- Breaking down film
- Take care of transcripts
- Inventory
- Set up football locker-room
- Handle recruiting mail
- Calling all players for reminders & important events
- Bring in new equipment
- Work a youth football camp

Goals & expected learning
Some goals that I expect from this internship are learning and gaining experience in my career as a sports management major. With this, I expect to learn what it is like to work in the office, and actually take all of the information that I learned in the classroom & use it in my everyday work.
